  • Moira Branigan

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Moira is the Executive Director at the YWCA Great Lakes Bay Region, a role that she began in August 2019. Prior to this role, she spent 5 years as the Director of Internal Operations and Program Director for the Institute for Leaders at the Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance. Her background has been in the for-profit and non-profit industries, where she worked on program development and management, nonprofit operations and outreach. Moira has served on the City of Bay City Human Relations Committee since 2022.

  • Erica Armstrong

    PROGRAM DIRECTOR

    Erica joined the YWCA Great Lakes Bay Region as the Program Director in 2022 and plays a lead role in our advocacy work. Before joining the team, she worked in public service and government administration, starting in 2012, and most recently as the City Clerk for the City of Midland. Erica is a member of the Michigan Bar, and has previously served on the YWCA GLBR Board of Directors as the Vice-Chairperson and Chair of the Advocacy Committee. Erica is also a Election Chairperson for Bay County and Bay City as well as member of the Midland County Community Cultural Awareness Coalition.

  • Kim Wolf

    EMPOWERMENT COACH

    The YWCA Great Lakes Bay Region welcomed Kim Wolf as Empowerment Coach in May of 2024. Kim holds a B.A. from the University of Kansas and brings with her decades of non-profit experience serving a wide array of communities and populations. Since moving to Michigan in 2001, Kim has devoted much of her time cultivating a passion for education, human services, and advocacy through work with students visiting on foreign exchange visas, co-founding a large community-based women’s group, pretrial services coordination for Bay County, and as the Community Education and Events Coordinator at City Market, where you might remember her as the welcoming host of classes offered in their Community Teaching Kitchen.
