Riverside Art Festival Artist Registration - Terms and Conditions:
All work must be original work created by the artist and be represented in the photos submitted.
Cancellations before April 30, 2025 will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds after April 30, 2025.
Artists are responsible for the collection and remittance of Michigan sales tax.
YWCA has the right to ask any exhibitor not complying with the show rules to relinquish their space without a refund.
The YWCA GLBR cannot guarantee specific booth space requests, however we will do our best to accommodate.
YWCA GLBR is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, theft, loss, or damage to property/display before, during, or after festival hours. The YWCA GLBR is also not liable for weather-based damages to merchandise or display.
Artists must do their own unloading, setup and teardown without the assistance of YWCA GLBR Staff or volunteers.
All artists must have a tent with weights and proper display (no sale/clearance signs). No open air booths allowed unless prior permission is attained by the festival coordinator.
Please come prepared for the weather as there is always the possibility for rain and strong winds in this area. Please have appropriate weights (50 lbs+ per leg) as this festival is located on the street where you are unable to stake tents.
No booth changes are allowed once the festival is underway to avoid disruption to the festival.
I agree to remain open during designated festival hours (Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 11am-4pm).
If poor weather makes it challenging to be open, artists and vendors can shut their booths down but cannot remove their booth or products until Sunday at 4:30pm.
I agree to let YWCA use the pictures submitted for promotional purposes. I agree with the above stated policies of YWCA Great Lakes Bay Region’s Riverside Art Festival.
