The YWCA Riverside Art Festival draws thousands of people from around the Great Lakes Bay Region with beautiful artistry and entertainment. Artists will be located on Downtown Bay City Streets, along the Saginaw Riverfront. Bay City - in the Great Lakes Bay Region (Bay, Midland and Saginaw Counties) is home to over 500,000 residents.

Now in its 51st year, the YWCA Riverside Art Festival has drawn people from throughout the state of Michigan and beyond, to attend and sell their work.

Registration Prices for 2025: Single Booth: $225, Double Booth: $400.

• Nonprofit Booth Rate - $150. (Limit 5 nonprofits!)

• Shared Booth Rate - $50/per shift.

• To apply for a Nonprofit Booth or Shared Booth, please contact the Riverside Vendor Liasion at riverside@ywcaglbr.org or by calling 989-894-9055 x 3.

  • If there is availability the Vendor Liasion will share the registration form - do not use the Artist & Vendor Registration form!

• We have a limited capacity for nonprofit booths in 2025, if you are interested reach out early in the year!

• Food Vendor Registration Rate - $325.00

• NEW in 2025: Any food made on site will be classified as a food vendor.

• An additional mobile food vendor license application is required with the City of Bay City (as of 2021).

• Refunds: Last day for full refunds (minus $25 processing fee) is April 30, 2025. Deadline for applying is May 9, 2025.
