Festival Tear Down:
Sunday, June 15, 2025 - 4:30pm - 6:00pm

Updated 4/15/25: We have one food truck confirmed for 2025’s Art Festival, as well as one kettle corn and ice cream vendor.
Food Vendor Registration Rate - $325.00
NEW in 2025: Any food made on site will be classified as a food vendor.
An additional mobile food vendor license application is required with the City of Bay City (as of 2021).
Refunds: Last day for full refunds (minus $25 processing fee) is April 30, 2025. Deadline for applying is May 9, 2025.

If there is availability the Vendor Liasion will share the registration form - do not use the Artist & Vendor Registration form!
We have a limited capacity for food vendors in 2025, if you are interested reach out early in the year.
